The World of Pinot Noir Board of Directors and management team is committed to the health and safety of our guests, volunteers and talent. All World of Pinot Noir events are ticketed and non-refundable but may be transferred. Attendees must be at least 21 years old and verify their health clearance. Due to Health Department restrictions, dogs are not allowed at any WOPN events. Safety is our priority.
WOPN is committed to making our 2022 event accessible to everyone. Should you require disability-related accessibility assistance at this event, please let us know your needs in detail as soon as possible and no later than 72 hours before the event. WOPN, in coordination with The Ritz-Carlton Bacara, will make every effort to provide appropriate accommodation when feasible.
Health Clearance:
For the safety of all guests, the WOPN Board of Directors and management team require all attendees to show health clearance. This includes proof of vaccination, or a negative COVID-19 test before the event starts. As guidelines for safe gatherings continue to evolve, leading up to the event, all ticket holders will receive communication outlining the key steps to upload your vaccine card or negative test. WOPN is using a third-party to manage the health clearance verification.
All sales are final. Tickets and items to be purchased are non-refundable, but you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please contact Ticketsauce support for all ticket-related questions.
WOPN is a rain or shine event. If WOPN is canceled your tickets will be transferred to a later date or refunded at face value.
Tickets may be transferred to another person. The person attending must verify his/her health clearance as required at the time of the event.
You must be age 21 or older to enter the event. No persons under 21 will be admitted; this includes babies, infants in strollers, or backpacks.
Your entry to this event constitutes implied consent to be photographed and to have those photos published.
